How to book?
Should I make advanced reservations?
To ensure you smooth experience at THE BARAI Spa, advance booking is highly recommended. Guests may book at least 24 hours in advance prior arrival.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, we recommend to arrive at THE BARAI Spa at least 15 minutes prior your treatment for spa consultation and smooth experience.
Will I be able to purchase the products that are used in my treatments?
Absolutely! We do have our own products range available to purchase at THE BARAI Boutique or you can purchase on our website.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
24 hours advance notification is required for all canceled or changed appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of service fee.
