Chef Tae is just 35 years old but has more than 16 years experience in western & Thai kitchens. He Began his career in Bangkok before moving to Hua Hin to be part of the Hyatt Regency team. Beginning as a Thai specialist he developed his skills in western cuisine and is now one of the best up and coming young chefs in Hua Hin. He is a self confessed sneaker lover and avid fisherman who loves spending time outdoors. Chef Tae’s cuisine is centered on flavor first - while using modern techniques to highlight heigh quality ingredients. With a distinct focus on organic ingredients and product from the Mcfarland garden Chef Tae’s cooking makes McFarland House a destination inside a destination. McFarland House specializes in relaxed modern European cuisine using the best local Thai & imported ingredients, think elevated comfort food.
