Chef Vincenzo first joined Hyatt family at Park Hyatt Guangzhou, China. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, he was the Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Seoul, South Korea.
Growing up in Puglia, Chef Vincenzo´s cooking was influenced by the region’s rich culinary traditions, which feature an abundance of fresh produce. But his biggest influence was his mother, who taught him how to cook wholesome comfort food drizzled with passion in each and every one of his dishes. Chef Vincenzo said, “Food brings people together because we can share our thoughts and culture. Food carries a deep connection of scent, sound and emotion. I would like to inspire young Chefs in my kitchen to create not only flavoursome dishes but food that´s heartwarming as well.”
